The principals have a strong track record in property investment execution, successfully completing development projects on-time and on-budget in Russia, generating attractive risk adjusted returns for our investors.
CPD Management Team
From 2007 to 2009 Andrew was Executive Director of Troika Real Estate Advisors (Avica Property Investors) where he managed the formation of its $320mln real estate fund and its first acquisitions – including Romanov Dvor in central Moscow as well as an office development project in Kiev. In addition, Andrew has overseen the development planning of a number of large scale residential and retail projects in the Moscow Region.
From 2000 Andrew led the real estate investment and development activities of Apollo Real Estate Advisors (Area Property Partners) and New Valley Corp where he managed one of the Russian market’s first institutional real estate exits – the sale of Ducat II & III, a Class A business center and development site, respectively.
From 1996 to 2000 as a Director at Noble Gibbons/CB Richard Ellis Andrew built the firm’s development and construction management group where he completed a number of complex development projects in Moscow.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree at Haverford College and later earned his Masters’ Degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Design. He has taught real estate development courses for Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and MARKHI’s joint graduate program.
From 2008 to 2012 Petr was at Aton Private Equity, where he oversaw the company’s real estate activities for both direct investments and through the REPE fund AREH. As a part of his responsibilities Petr managed a number of the fund’s commercial developments as well Aton’s investment exits from several large warehouse projects.
In 2007 Petr established the Russian office of TriGranit Development Corporation, one of Central Europe’s leading real estate developers and investors. At TriGranit he oversaw project acquisitions of approximately $150mln consisting of both greenfield development and income generating assets. In 2006 Petr joined Horus Capital where he oversaw concept creation and the municipal approval process for Olympia Park, a 70,000sqm Class A business park, as well as the phased redevelopment of a 45,000sqm industrial facility into a class B+ office complex.
From 1997 to 2006 Petr was a Director in Noble Gibbons/CB Richard Ellis’ development and construction management group. He managed major development projects with an overall value in excess of $100mln, including the construction of Moscow CBD office headquarters for Lukoil Overseas and Lukoil-Neftekhim, and the development of a 10,000 seat mixed-use sports and retail arena in Kazan, Russia.
Petr received his Diploma in Quantity Surveying form the College of Estate Management at the Reading University in 2003 and received his degree in structural engineering from the Moscow Civil Engineering University in 1994.
Jack Kelleher has been actively involved in the Eastern European real estate private equity, asset management and property development markets for over 20 years. He has managed in excess of $600mln in real estate transactions and overseen the asset management of over 350,000 sqm of real property in Russia and the CIS.
In addition to his role at CPD Group, Jack is a member of the Investment Committee of a CIS-focused private equity fund, working closely with fund-of-funds Aberdeen Property Investors and the European Bank of Reconstruction & Development, among other institutional investors.
From 2004 to 2007 Jack was a Managing Director of Alfa Capital Partners. In this capacity he was a founding partner in a $321mln private equity real estate fund where he played a key role in the fund’s creation, including capital raising. He personally managed the fund’s first investment, the acquisition of a big box retail portfolio.
In 1994 Jack co-founded Noble Gibbons, one of Russia’s leading full service real estate management and advisory businesses. In 2006, Jack and his partners sold Noble Gibbons to CBRE, the world's largest publicly traded real estate firm.
Jack received his undergraduate degree at University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has taught real estate development courses for Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and MARKHI’s joint graduate program. Jack is a fluent Russian speaker and has lived full time in Russia since 1992.
In 2006 Bill co-founded the Marbleton Property Fund, a $321mln Russia focused property fund, with the EBRD as one of its anchor investors. At Marbleton he was responsible for the fund’s capital raising and investment activities which focused on value-add and development strategies in the office and retail sectors both in Russia and the CIS. Bill also served as a Member of the fund’s Investment Committee.
In 1994 Bill co-founded Noble Gibbons, one of Russia’s leading full service real estate management and advisory businesses. In 2006, Bill and his partners sold Noble Gibbons to CBRE, the world's largest publicly traded commercial real estate services firm.
Bill has also served as a Board Member of CBRE Russia as well as a Non-Executive Director for Treasury Holdings. Some of his past real estate investments include the financing of suburban residential and office projects in the Moscow Region.
Bill received his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College and his Law Degree with honors at Albany Law School. He is a member of the Bar in New York and Massachusetts. Bill is a fluent Russian speaker and has lived in Russia full time since 1992.
